This cheesecake remains close to the hearts of one of our founders. Finding herself diagnosed lactose intolerant she loved her cheese. She was devastated. Low and behold with the help of the Sauber team she came up with a vegan, that’s right, a vegan cheesecake. No dairy. Our special blend of ingredients will have you questioning where the cheese is at?

Ingredients: Quinoa Flakes, Silken Tofu, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Almond Flour, Lemon, Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Blueberries, Raw Unsalted Cashews, Coconut Butter, Erythritol, Rice Malt Syrup, Water, Flax, Vanilla Extract, Coconut Oil, Tapioca Flour, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt.
